Edgbaston Priory Club
At the priory, our IT system was more a product of several disparate systems becoming connected in one way or another over the years.  It wasn’t until we started getting issues that we realised how crucial I.T. was to our business.  As there was no capacity planning the server would regularly crash due to insufficient resources.  This had a tremendous impact on the club as nearly every system, from the tills, to the turn-styles, rely on the server.

Red DOT IT did a full overhaul of our infrastructure. They implemented a new Server, a high speed network with internet access, and a secure VPN for remote workers.  Since the upgrade we have experienced a substantial increase in system performance and have had no unplanned system downtime.  In addition, the management team are now able to access the systems remotely.  With the foundation now in place, we are now working alongside Red DOT IT on a strategic plan to help us move into the future.

Being in an extremely competitive dental industry, I have found myself leaning more towards I.T. to give me an edge over my competition.
Staying on top of patient booking across my three dental surgeries had become very troublesome.  Due to floating receptionists, Patients booking were noted down in a notebook only to be later entered into the system.  This was tedious and had a negative impact on my operations. 

Red Dot IT implemented a secure network between all my surgeries.  In addition to a high speed internet connection, this allowed access to all appointment books from any machine within the network.  It has also enabled me to access the appointment bookings from home.
