Business Assist is designed for small organizations wishing to outsource their overall IT. Through an agreed standard configuration, Red Dot IT will assume full responsibility for management and support of your IT Infrastructure.

Assistance with Software projects: Running an in house development program? Red Dot has a wealth of experience in this area. Use us as your experts in Software Architecture and Design. Using the latest in Microsoft technologies, we can help to streamline those business processes which seem to be holding you back

Staff Training Sessions: With our Business Assist service level, your monthly on-site allowance can be used to deliver staff training, develop a staff training program, skills assessment, or whatever you see necessary to improve the technical knowledge and productivity of your staff

Enhanced Monitoring: With Red Dot IT’s enhanced monitoring, we drill down to a much further granular level on device information. Knowing critical details about your system will allow for a much more proactive approach allowing us to predict problems long before they become an issue!

Business Rescue

Business Rescue is designed to be used as a Pay-as-you-Go service for those customers who only need some specialist help from time to time.

Flexibility: Purchase the amount of time you need, and use it whenever you want. Time can be used for support issues, on-site repairs, training, installation or project work.

No standing Fees / Retainers: You only use us when you really need to. Time is purchased in bulk and is valid for 12 months.

Specialized: If you have a specific project which needs addressing, we will provide a specialist in that area. Data Migrations, Database Design, Exchange upgrade, you name it…
